彼德‧傑克森繼“魔戒”之後，又把托爾金的“The Hobbit 哈比人歷險記”在2012年拍成電影，計畫分為三部上映。第一部“The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey哈比人：意外旅程”的片尾曲“孤山之歌”，由尼爾‧芬恩修改自托爾金在小說裡的詩歌，托爾金詩寫得好，芬恩改歌也改的好。

於是我就把它翻譯了，翻譯真的有夠難，有錯請指教。注意字裡行間的押韻（不只句末），不同詩節的重覆，還有唸起來音節的起伏，托爾金不愧為文字學大師，芬恩改得更是絕妙，不換字的情況下，更動一下順序，就有如此魔力。

奇怪的是，同樣是流亡政府要復國，奪回家園，報仇雪恨，怎麼矮人王國的歌這麼好聽，ROC政府的歌這麼......
